2. Returns
Returns of purchased products are accepted, provided that:
- The rolls or films have not been damaged, cut, exposed to liquids or stained;
- If present, the protective plastic films must not have been removed.
If these conditions are met, you can request a return by contacting customer service at the email address: shop@consorzio-agrario.com. Return instructions will be provided by email, and all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Note: Products that do not meet the conditions listed above will not be accepted for return.
3. Warranty
The products sold on www.consorzio-agrario.com are guaranteed to be free from harmful chemical substances and comply with current regulations on biodegradability. The films can be used in organic farming without altering the characteristics of the soil or compromising its quality.

4. Limitation of Liability
The company accepts no liability for any damage arising from:

- Combining the films with chemical fertilisers, granular or soluble, or other substances that could be absorbed by the film and alter its technical or physical characteristics.
